These terms apply to Englishorts — the website englishorts.com, the game at app.englishorts.com and the Telegram bot @englishorts_bot. Englishorts is a game for learning English by ear with short scenes from movies, TV series and cartoons: the scene pauses and you reproduce what was said. By using Englishorts you accept these terms.

1. The service

The basic game is free. Optional Premium (unlimited scenes) may be offered as a monthly Telegram Stars subscription; it can be cancelled at any time in Telegram. We may change, add or remove features.

2. Your account

You sign in with Telegram, Google or email. Keep access to your account safe. One person — one account; do not use bots or scripts to earn XP or manipulate the leaderboard. We may reset progress or block accounts that abuse the game.

3. Content

Scenes are short excerpts used for language education. Rights to the original movies and series belong to their owners. If you are a rights holder and want a scene removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly. When you send a YouTube link, you confirm it is publicly available and suitable for all audiences; we may decline any suggestion. Do not send offensive, sexual or illegal content.

4. No warranty

Englishorts is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific learning results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
